How did you deal with your miscarriage?

I feel like I just can’t deal with it anymore, I honestly just wanna give up fully.

Feel like the only way to deal is to get pregnant again, I’m on my second cycle since currently waiting for my period I expected today which is late but negative pregnancy test. Just got my hopes up for no reason. Never thought having a baby would be this stressful
