2) cetrotide - 0.25 mg fully unopened

3) chorionic gonadotropin for injection - 10000 USP units per vial - fully unopened brand new

4) metrogel - vaginal - almost full tube - with 4 applicators

5) Lupron injection 2.8 ml - used one dose of 0.4 ml
