Twins?

Can anyone tell me? Do you think this is twins. The tech thought it was & wasn’t sure but she was only from a third party ultrasound place so I’m worried she’s getting my hopes up.. Hoping to hear back Monday from my OB to see about scheduling a vaginal ultrasound. These were taking by abdominal ultrasound.
