My job is breaking the law.... HELP ME!

So, I work at a company & there are only 3 workers there and then my area manager sometimes come by and works the day there..

Our toilet at work hasn’t been working for almost 3 months! There are feces all in the toilet. When we come into work, it STINKS. Our boss has been stalling and keeps changing his story... first we were gonna move the company to a new building. He held that on for like 2 months. This past month he said the attorneys are gonna get it to where they can fix it, cause the owner of the building won’t and our boss won’t pay for it. It’s a big pipeline that needs to be fixed.

We asked our boss to get us a port a potty, cause it’s hard to holding in our bodily fluids and feces. He said “why don’t you just walk over to Wendy’s, sit on their toilet and think about that”.... being sarcastic.

All three of us worth half days cause it’s a part time.. well they have it to wear I have to work all day tomorrow, 8 hours. With no toilet.....

Because of the feces sitting in the bathroom, I have now had an issue with my stomach. I believe it’s from the feces sitting in the bathroom and the bacteria....

WHAT DO I DO?? I can’t quit because I can’t financially do that right now and if I call it in, he will know it’s one of the 3 of us and take my hours away because he WONT fire anyone because he doesn’t want them getting unemployment..... im at a lost and am so nervous about working all day tomorrow, alone.....
