Super sore after sex

Am i the only one who gets extremely sore after sex? Not muscle soreness but my vaginal opening will be so sore even peeing will hurt. It’s not always but I am long distance and when we have sex it’s usually 30 minutes and intense lol. We’ve had sex about twice every day for the past 3 days. I do pee right after. More than likely I’ll shower right after too.

Is this normal? Is something wrong? This is my first time trying a boric acid suppository to restore my pH. Hopefully it helps.
