Been told I'm misscarying

So on Thursday I was told that I am miscarrying. Baby stopped growing at 6 weeks ( must of been 10 weeks at the scan). No heartbeat.

I have been bleeding in and off until yesterday morning but it has now completely stopped for 24 hours. Anyone had that ? Maybe anyone had positive outcome ? Need some more info
