Advice for first time workers?

I have social anxiety.. I haven't had a job yet & I'm 21.. I know, I know. Very late, sorry but I'm afraid any job will turn me down since I haven't had any experience. The thought of going to an interview kind of scares me so are there any tips you could please give me? Such as questions they'd ask & how to answer. What to say & what not to say? Thank you very much 💛

Common questions are:
“Why do you want to work here?”
“Why do you think you’ll be good at this job?” 
“Can you give a specific example of a time you used a skill that would benefit you at this job?”
They may give a scenario and ask how you would handle it. 
Make sure you do your research on the company so you know their values and mission. 
Ask a question at the end! That’ll leave a good impression and show you’re interested in the work and are taking being a potential employee seriously.

There are great resources online if you Google. I suggest applying for a few jobs you don’t particularly want just to get some practice first. Anytime I’ve needed to get a new job, I’m always way out of practice because I typically stay at my jobs for long periods of time. I use the first few interviews as a learning experience, help me gauge what is going to be asked and how to respond. 
Look up Q&A’s for the type of position you’re looking for. They give you tips on what to say or how to make ah answer work for you, and things to definitely not say in an interview. There are always way to spin things into a positive. Employers don’t want you to be flawless or perfect because that doesn’t exist. They do however care very much about how you react and then act on your downfalls or failures.
