Is wearing a panty liner every day bad?

It's bad because it absorbs all the natural moisture your vagina needs and it prevents it from breathing, and the bacteria can proliferate on the liner wich could cause infections. I used to do it and stop quickly when I kept getting yeast infections 😬

I mean my gyno doesn’t recommend it and she was actually relieved when I told her I don’t wearing panty liners every day let alone at all

Vagina’s need to breath as well lol so in my personal opinion using a pantry liner every day is not good!

It's bad for some and a non issue for others.
Some people can get infections and issues from using them, while others benefit greatly from them. 
Try using them for a week. If you don't react poorly then feel free to use them as needed.

I don't think it's bad, u can always sleep bottom less, I feel like panty liners prevent yeast infection that come from dye on underwear

If you just wear one every day change it often. But it's better to let it breathe as often as you can. I only wear them if I'm having heavy discharge. Otherwise 100% cotton underwear

Eh I like to let that area breathe a bit. When I’m not on my period (or having heavy discharge) then I try to just wear cotton underwear. Probably not awful but I wouldn’t recommend and would look for a balance
