Kidney infection?

I think I have a kidney infection, my back where my kidney is has been sore. It’s always there. I’ve also noticed a change in my urine, more cloudy & my urethra feels a bit irritated/itchy. Has anyone had any complications in their pregnancy when they had a kidney infection? I’m almost in my 3rd trimester.

I have a prenatal appointment tomorrow so I will be bringing all this up, just tryna hear other women’s experience. Did you have to get hospitalized or just sent home with antibiotics?
