Unsure of what is near tear duct

I tried taking a pic but you couldn’t even tell what it was. In the pic it looks like it’s just swollen and I’ve been rubbing my eye which I have trying to get rid of it. It looks similar

To acne but popped but it isn’t really. It like a reddish bump and it’s been next to my tear duct for a while it doesn’t seem infected and doesn’t really bother me. How can I get rid of it? I know for a start I should stop rubbing it but I only do that when it’s super noticeable so it’s less visible.
