Baby Identifies Animal by Name/Sound?

Someone told me my baby was behind because she can only identify one animal by name and sound. Just wondering if that's factual? Comment below too, please.

My baby knows dog- with our cow dogs. She always says gog lol & cows are caaahhh otherwise no animals 😂 not worried she tries to sneeze like horses do when she sees them but no sense in rushing. Let them be little.

My daughter isn't consistent with anything yet, I'm not worried in the least about her being behind.

My son can identify animals by name and sound. I believe this is due to his obsession with animals! All kids develop different skills at different times. I wouldn’t worry about this specific thing.

Every child is different and every person should know that.. Don't worry there is plenty to learn and do before we know it our kids will be grown ups and we gonna wish we could come back to these moments where they could barely speak.. FYI my LO k knows and say both duck and quack can make alot of animal noises but can only says duck but am not worried she knows some shapes that she is actually great and doing with her fingers. She can say like 6/7 other words also like happy and down. Just like us adults we all learn things at our own pace.

My LO doesn't really say his name but when I asked her what sound a dog makes, she goes " awooooo" ( we have a very howly husky LOL)

My lo can dog cat puppy frog... the only connection i feel he really has is with doggies. We have two malteses and they dont batk they screatch! He even has started saying aaaaaaah when i cons home! I fear he will flunk the test bc of this lol

It varies for my girl. Some animals she knows by sound, some by name, some by picture etc. A few she knows in all different ways.
