Anyone been to New Orleans ?

We are taking a trip there here soon and I’ll be about 7 months pregnant. What’s the best things to try food wise?

Gumbo, beignets, any seafood, boudin. Also bring tons of water because it’ll be hot and being 7 months pregnant you’ll probably swell from all of the salt and the heat. I’m from Louisiana so I’m speaking from experience.
