I took a plan B sometime last week.... I’ve been going through a break up so I’ve been really depressed, not eating or drinking, tired, and nauseous to the point where i don’t have any appetite....

i just came back from the store and realized i was bleeding but i don’t have a period until the end of each month .... is this a sign of pregnancy? I’ve never bleed randomly like this ... and I’ve never bleed after a plan b....
