After 1 year of TTC without medical intervention and 3 cycles of Letrozole 2.5mg, my doctor has now recommended:

Ubiphene 100mg from CD3 to CD7

Follicular study from CD11 through ultrasound

HuCOG 10,000 trigger at follicle size 18-20mm

BD for 3 days post rupture

Followed by Duphaston 10mg for 10 days

Any success stories with any of this? Also, how soon after the trigger does the rupture happen?

My SO thinks this is all too much but I'm the one who has been dealing with disappointment month after month and at this point ready to try whatever the doctor suggests.
