Pregnancy tests

I’ve taken 5 pregnancy test and all have shown positive, I scheduled an appointment at a clinic for proof of pregnancy for my insurance and the test came out negative. Is it most likely that the clinics test was a false negative?? I’ve even taken digital tests and I don’t think those lie Lmao but I’m also confused because I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was some brownish blood,

within the next couple of days is when I should be starting my period. I got my blood drawn today so I’m waiting for results. This will be my 3rd baby
