I’m confused HCG levels

I’m not due a period for another two days but I’m showing up dark on the pregnancy tests and I took a clear blue how many weeks test yesterday and it says 2-3 weeks pregnant.. I got a faint line at 8DPO and I’m feeling ill and tired already .. isn’t it a bit early to be getting this high HCG surge .. with my previous two pregnancies I didn’t get the faint line positive until 15DPO 🤷‍♀️
