How do you crack a egg? 🥚
Growing up I’ve always cracked a egg by tapping it on the rim of the pan for fried eggs or rim of bowl for scrambled eggs. But after watching a ton of cooking videos I see a lot of people just tap in on the solid flat surface of the counter top. Or some use a knife by tapping a butter knife into the egg.
