Modern fertility, anyone taken this test? How did you like it?

Not TTC but I am worried about my fertility. Im 26.. had an operation a few years ago which left me with one tube and ovary from a cyst torsion.

I wanna have kids before 30 but im single and idk if that will happen so.

ANY advice on this test? And egg freezing is too $$ for me right now so I can’t do that.

Im on BC and have been ever since the surgery so I don’t know how often I ovulate naturally.
