Confused 😔

I’m so confused .. I got a positive opk yesturday (thursday at 5:42 pm) and just now (friday 1:20 am) it’s back to negative ! As shown in pics , the first pic is what I got just now (negative) and the other one is the positive one.. why did it go back to negative so fast? I’m just glad I got to bd 3 hours after that positive
