Anal accident ?

Hey girls ! So I’m posting this cause I kinda need some advice. Yesterday my dumb ass wanted to experiment with a vibrator that’s about 3 inches long and I put it up my bum. It was great ... until it slipped all the way up . I started to pánic cause it wouldn’t come out. I started pushing very hard thinking that maybe i could poop it out and nope , it didn’t come out. The thing is that the whole time I could hear the vibration but it kept getting deeper. So I started panicking and I put my fingers up my bum , hurting myself trying to reach the toy and after struggling I was able to get it out but it was covered in blood. This morning when I took my dump i was bleeding. Now I took another dump and I’m still bleeding everytime I use the restroom. Should I be worried 😪
