Medela Harmony Hand pump not working

Question

I got this Medela harmony and it would take 8 years to even pump a couple ounces! What am I doing wrong? I bought smaller flanges from Medela just in case that was the issue, but it still feels like it has no suction. 
Is it a bad product or did I miss something ?

Using a pumping bra helps hold it to your boob better than holding it up yourself to create a better vacuum (I haven’t used this one it just came up when I typed pumping bra) if you have larger breasts it’s hard to hold it on correctly

Have you checked the membranes? Tried to massage while pumping? Watched a movie or pictures of baby while pumping? Put a towel over so you can't watch you output? 
Keep in mind that the average mom who is pumping between breastfeeding sessions can express between ONE and THREE oz per pumping session (not per breast, per session).
