I follow this guy on tik tok, and he has been declared dead accidentally since 2017. Sounds strange, but apparently it has happened to others as well. The guy still has to pay taxes even though he was declared dead, but the really crappy thing is that he can’t receive any returns back from what he said. They didn’t even notify him either about it.

Should there be a verification process to make sure they have the right dead person?
