Cramping after orgasm?

I’m 12-13dpo, period due tomorrow. Sensitive nipples are the only symptom I’ve been experiencing this cycle, I tested yesterday and it was negative. Figured I’d masturbate to 1) relieve stress 2) make my period start faster (since it increases blood flow I’ve found it actually makes my period start earlier), I’ve NEVER had cramping after an orgasm like today man it was BAD 😅 think of your worst period cramps but your whole lower abdomen and lower back. The cramps lasted 3 minutes but subsided thankfully, has anyone experienced this?
