Ok so maybe I live under a rock but I only know the Duggar family for having way too many fucking kids. I make that statement given that a sibling molested a few of his sisters and that remained unnoticed. 
But him posting this current video is it a reach as far as being considered suggestive content or is it accurate that this video is disgusting?

It didn’t go unnoticed. His family actively hid it, then made every excuse possible when the accusations became public. 
He’s a serial predator, and everything he does is sus.

With everything we know about Josh Duggar, I think it's safe to assume he was sexualizing his little sister. To me, this is not a reach. And I agree with the writer of the article, there are some things that, given their known use as sexual innuendo among adults, you just don't post videos of kids doing online. Why would anyone even have child "eat a banana quickly" anyway. That by itself is weird.

I'm all for being by my husband's side but not when it's known he is a predator.

He deserves to be in prison. I could not image standing by partner’s side for predatory behavior or sexually assaulting his sisters. I don’t even know why she would have kids with this man. 
Then I wonder if his wife is being abused by him and maybe that’s why she stays or brainwashed(which it does happen especially with weird religious groups). Was she forced to marry him and have kids? Did she know about his past and still made to marry him? 
He doesn’t deserve kids or to see his kids.
