Could you be married to/in a relationship with someone you’re not sexually satisfied with?

Everything is fine in the relationship. This person treats you well, communication is good, overall things are fine. But when it comes to sex, this person just doesn’t do it for you. Even after having conversations and them making some changes to spice things up, the sexual compatibility just isn’t there. In essence you’re not sexually attracted to the person. Are you whiling to stay with this person long term?

talk to them. let them know how you feel. sex is a skill. and it takes practice. alot of people act like their partner needs to be a sex god with 0 experience but that's not how it works. you need to get to know each others bodies and they need to be willing to experiment and research with you on what makes you feel good, but it also goes both ways. theres also the fact that someone could be amazing with one person and their next partner be awful with. again, they need to learn what works for your body. and its a ton of experimenting. be blunt, be honest, and give it time.

No and it sounds shallow but for a relationship to work properly you need to be sexually compatible too. My boyfriend and I both love sex but we appreciate that sex isn’t the only thing in a relationship. You have to have that healthy balance in my opinion.

For me, yes, but I'm also one of those who finds men attractive through emotional connection. If sex was the number one priority then I don't need to be in a relationship. I think it's important to have more than a physical connection because looks eventually fade & physical chemistry will only take a relationship so far. If I find someone who is my best friend, then I'm not letting him go. Again though, I'm more of a personality over looks type. The more I am attracted to the person's character, the more I'm attracted to them physically.

I believe in abstinence until marriage. I had no idea what sex with my husband would be like. It’s a work in progress and you both have to be open to communication about it.

This is literally the main reason I left my ex of nearly 6 years. I wouldn't say there was really anything else wrong with the relationship, but it made my skin crawl sleeping with him
