Infected belly button piercing

when I tell u I’ve done everything to try & help it😩 I’ve had it for basically 8 months! Started out using dove soap on it in the shower like my piercer instructed. Then after that begun switched to saline solution I bought. I’ve been doing warm water & sea salt for a long time now 5 mins a day w a cup. I even got antibiotic cream and that helped for the time being. Ik it takes 6 months to a year to heal but omg. There’s what I believe to be “tissue” coming out of the little red lump I’ve had beside it. I had tissue before coming out of the actual piercing holes but that went away. I have a hoop in rn to give it more space! Help!
