How did moving out effect your anxiety
I have pretty bad anxiety, mostly to do with responsibility.
My partner and i have been so excited to move out for the first time for years however now it’s finally coming around I’m scared.
How did you find moving out effected your anxiety, did you struggle with the responsibilities or did it actually benefit your anxiety?
