We are looking to buy a convertible car seat, found an evenflo on sale... is evenflo good? Or what is your brand of choice?

Sounds like you should do quite a bit more research on the next stage seat. Safeintheseat on Instagram has tons of info and courses.
But the basics is: find a seat they fits your car(s), rear face as long as possible(preferably23kg+ /50lbs)and fits your budget.

Got this for my son he's only 2 months and so far I love it. It has great reviews and it fits in my Kia forte with my 1 year old and her convertible  car seat as well.
Only thing I dont like about convertible car seat is you cant take it out and attach to a stroller.
