BV is A Beeeissssh!!

How the heck to do you keep bv away? I feel so dirty while yet I'm clean. I've lost my vaginal lubricant I naturally have while trying to treat this. Normally very very moist. I'm not dirty, I take care of myself and I dont have multiple partners but it seems to keep coming back. And I lost my natural moisture. Whf sorry but really WHF DO I DO!!! the odor is ridiculous. And Im Not a unclean person and not out here F'ing around. The medication works for a short time then back again. What else do I try? What did u try? HELP ME!!!!!!!!
