So what now?

I’m weighing out my options right now. I don’t have a spouse; this is the product of a one night stand. I don’t feel ungrateful as I feel very blessed but raising an infant alone is tough. I just need some kind words right now.
What would you do?

Just make a list of pros and cons. 
If the father goes absent, is a baby something you can care for yourself? Would you have a good support system? 
Either way, you have 3 choices and just know whichever you choose is what will be best for you.
