Right sided pain?

im 6 weeks and the past 3 days have been getting like a sharp ache on my right lower pelvis area.. its not super  painful just  annoying  it mainly happens at night  when i lay down.. should I be worried about  this? ectopic?

it’s normal mama! had it with my first son, and have that again my current pregnancy . i’m 4+6

I dont want to alarm you but call the doctor and you should get a scan. At 6 weeks you should be able to see a sac and possibly heartbeat in your womb so that would rule out ectopic (2 x ectopic survivor here) they will most likely do hcg bloods too to see how your levels are increasing. Better to have the peace of mind in my opinion! Good luck! Hopefully its just your uterus expanding x
