Newly married - partner is rude to me

Overall we have a great relationship but since we bought a house and I’m looking for a job he speaks to me in a way I don’t like. The other day he told me to “grow a pair” because I got sensitive about something he said and I told him to not talk to me like that. Then today he fixes up something and commands me to clean but says it in such a condescending way. We are supposed to be equal. I don’t like feeling below someone and it hurts that I’m seeing this behavior now.
