Advice please.

So I work at hospital and naturally if you call in sick unless its for something like strep or the flu or something contagious they want you to come to work.

Well yesterday my throat was scratchy, I had a headache, I had a cough, my nose was runny and today I have the same thing.

I bought cough drops assuming its allergies but my question is this:

Should I call in tomorrow or could I call in tomorrow to go to the doctor?

Im afraid to ask my manager and have her tell me unless its something contagious to come to work and Im afraid to call in. My only other option is to head straight to the doctor tomorrow as soon as I get off work at 7 in the morning and be seen

What should I do?
