19F, 5'1", 112-114 lbs (it varies sometimes), not at all active but would like to be

Now for the meat of the subject. I'm looking into taking better care of my body. I used to exercise a lot when I was 15-18, but we moved away and I just stopped. I've got a huge sweet tooth, no self control, and unfortunately I have a minor habit of skipping meals when I feel like I need to lose weight. I'm at a good weight, I'm just not toned as I would like to be.

Lately I've been getting back into healthy habits such as taking vitamin supplements, drinking more water, skincare routine... next on my list in my physical care.

My questions are as such:

Is there anything you would recommend to someone just getting back into exercise?

How do you curb a sweet tooth?

Any recommendations for losing weight in the cake region?
