Vagina tear??? Help

I’ve a small tear at my Libia I think it’s called and it’s stings with i pee and it’s very uncomfortable anything I can do at home for it????

What is it from? Like the other commenter said, you can use an antiseptic ointment, perhaps with pain relief, on the area. Be careful to only put it directly on the laceration and not to get any near the vaginal opening. You can cause yourself a host of issues if you let it get in your vagina. Neosporin has a pain relief one that works like a charm. 
If you don’t want to do that, use dermoplast. The blue one- NOT the red one. The blue one is given out at hospitals after women give birth. I used it on my 3rd degree tears after giving birth and it was a lifesaver. This may be a best option as it won’t throw off your ph or affect the balance of healthy bacteria if it does get near your vagina.

Neosporin with pain relief, wear a pad, and try and keep the area clean as best as you can and dry obviously but Neosporin will help with the stinging reapply it after you go to the bathroom and it’ll heal
