I had my second egg retrieval today and were able to get 9 eggs this time (my first one was only 6) so I was proud of that #. I do have low AMH so I was excited. Now the wait comes to see which ones fertilize and make it to day 5 blasts to freeze. I will be doing PG testing on the ones that make it. I have one normal frozen embryo from my first round so praying for a good outcome with this batch. After this we will be planning for our first transfer for July most likely since I will be traveling in June. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏼 ✨

⭐️UPDATE: got the call that out of the 9 eggs retrieved 8 were mature. From those 8, 5 fertilized. So now is the waiting game for how many make it to day 5 blasts. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t sad or a bit disappointed and of course nervous but we have to have faith throughout the process and just try to stay positive.
