Am i the Only Father here who goes through Anxiety here? I’m having Anxiety and panic attacks since my wife got pregnant. It’s been 10 months since then. And it gets worse day by day. How do i overcome this?

You’re definitely not alone, it’s a major life milestone and it’s enough to bring out anxiety in even the calmest of us. 
Communication is key through this. Talk to your partner, talk to your doctor, and if you have a close friend/family member that you feel comfortable with talk with them too, especially if they’re a parent themselves.
Try to isolate the specific things that you are most worried about, and educate yourself on the subject. Example: I was worried about miscarriage so I looked up statistics on how much more likely I am to have a completely healthy pregnancy, and I researched ways to keep myself healthy and calm.

A friend of mine’s husband dealt with a ton of anxiety after they had the baby. He started getting better after therapy and time. I highly suggest therapy! Good luck, I hope you start feeling better soon!

Definitely not alone. When I was pregnant it got so bad for my bf he lost his job right before I gave birth.

My husband has been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for about 15 years now. He’s been on every type of medication you can think of and nothing seems to help much. He’s in counseling and he’s trying to work on his health, but it’s been a struggle. Some years are better than others. It’s been rough this past year or two.
