Weight loss motivation after miscarriage
So just over a year ago I was pretty overweight and went to work to lose 15 kg through healthy eating and exercise (no fad diets). Then I found out I was pregnant and gave into every craving I had and ended up gaining all the weight back plus some, I had a miscarriage 3 months ago and have gained more weight back since. I’m now 10kg heavier than I was before I began losing weight, and also heavier than I have ever been. I’m just really struggling to get back into a healthy routine since the miscarriage. I have implemented strength training twice a week which is helping me feel like I have some control but I’m still struggling. We are currently trying for our rainbow baby so I’m also torn between doing enough to make a difference in my health and being worried about causing another miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this and/or does anyone have advice for me???
