Does this sound like a narcissist?

I’m asking because there’s times he can be a good person..

When we were living together he always gave me money to spend on whatever

He’d give the homeless food at times

He picked up an old drunk guy off the ground before

He can become friends with anyone doesn’t matter what they look like or who they are or what they do

Buttttttttt......

He LIES about EVERYTHING!!

He has a sex problem & will sleep with anyone including men... & has come back & slept with me like nothing...

He can’t take responsibility for shit he does

Did I mention he lies a lot?

I could be crying about something he’s done & he’ll tell me to “get over it”

He’s very sneaky & I just found messages of him trying to have sex with his best friends girlfriend.. it was before me but an eye opener to his character...

We have a child together & when he sees me not giving into his none he’ll go seek attention from other people

Or he’ll say things that he knows will hurt me & just not care..

It confuses me cus he can be nice but do really mean things to people..
