Smugly high Testosterone level

Has anyone conceived with slightly high test done levels? The range is 2-45 mine came in at 48. I am a mom of 3. My youngest is 16 months. We are trying to conceive another baby. All my other hormones were normal! I have normal periods, but docs sending me for an ultrasound next week to rule out pcos. Just looking to see if anyone else has had higher testosterone levels?
