Second baby

I just gave birth 2 days ago to my second little man. Those 2 nights gone were the first nights I’ve gone to bed without putting my first born to sleep.

I wasn’t told by the nurses or my OB that I wasn’t allowed to pick up my almost 2 year old that’s over 20lbs. So, thinking nothing of it, I have been picking him up all day.

Has anyone had any issues after giving birth because of picking up your toddler?
