OPK Confusion

I’ve been trying to figure out when I’m ovulating and not having a ton of luck. My period is late (cycle is crazy), negative pregnancy test, but looks to be a positive ovulation test (pic below)? I’m super confused bc when I snapped a pic on the glow app it’s reading the opk as very negative. The test line is 100% darker. Has anyone experienced this? I’m going to my doctor on Monday, but I’m just trying to understand what’s going on...
