Pregnant ??

Hi been ttc since March Past few days I’ve felt really drained and peeing more than usual but last night I got a little pain so today I went to my doctor turns out I’ve got cystitis she asked about me ttc I explained and she done a pregnancy test there but she said it would be to Early to show a positive result anyway she’s gave me antibiotics but gave me the ones pregnant women can have she said sometimes women her utis in early pregnancy has anyone experienced this I’ve never had any sort of uti before this thanks
