Fever

My 18 month old has a fever. Started at 99.9 this morning and before bed I checked her temp and it was 103.6. Gave her Tylenol and a cool bath and now we’re at urgent care playing it safe. Last night she has muscle spasms/ twitching every time she got close to sleep. It happened 4/5 times and then it would wake her because it scared her. Has this happened to anyone else? Are the two related? Will be asking all of these questions to the Dr. but wanted to reach out to the community as well
