Please help hvg levels low

Please help maybe give me peace of mind or a reality check.. these are my tests from this past week. The first one was on the 17th and the last one was yesterday. I did a blood test yesterday and it was only an 11.. I'm 4 weeks 1 day & with these lines this week I feel like my levels must have dropped.. im so sad and worried. Im going back Monday for a second blood draw because they said at a 11 its not even considered pregnant..
