Just a long sleep

I planned to be productive today but I’m not feeling the best mentally or emotionally. I’m barely getting things done and just keep sitting or laying back down after every task. I’ve tried mediating and getting fresh air. I have..vitamins and the side effect is extreme drowsiness. And I have access to an FDA approved non alcoholic beverage that’s aids in relaxation and sleep. Both of these taken separate always help me fall asleep and get a good nights rest. If I combine them both, I think I could sleep even longer. This day isn’t productive and it’s the middle of the day. If I take it now, then I’ll probably sleep until tomorrow and I can just try again if I am feeling better. The pros: I won’t feel bad because I’ll be asleep. Cons: I may be a bit drowsy tomorrow morning. I will guarantee that I won’t get anything else done today. I’ll feel like a loser tomorrow for quitting on today. I may take my chances though.
