Stupid washing machine!!!

I bought a twin tub on special yesterday made by a well known manufacturer, and from a well known retailer. I needed something big and cheap because my old washing machine has packed up. I did my research on twin tubs, I've had one before, I was happy with my choice.

This thing is so useless!!!!! The wash cycle is fine but the spinner barely works! Clothes are coming out soaking wet after running it through the spinner twice, they're currently drip drying outside. Useless!

I emailed the retailer and they said I can't return it because I've used it. I've gone back to them and said how am I supposed to tell whether it's working properly or not if I can't use it. Silence.

I am so angry. 😡😡😡😡😡
