I ask in the US because I am not currently really following what politicians in other countries are saying, but feel free to weight in if you have a POV on this.

Yes because Hamas up until 2017, were calling for the Jews to be driven into the sea and rid The Jews from the world forever. You can support Palestine and condemn Hamas at the same time,

I don't fit any of your choices because I don't support Hamas, but it also doesn't bother me that some politicians don't codemn it. Lots of politicians don't support things or condemn things that I think they should. Hamas also isn't recognized as a terrorist group universally.
