I would a body wash and/or moisturizer with AHA/BHA’s. They are chemical exfoliants that will help get rid of the dead skin and assist with cellular turnover. That is also going to help with the acne. Some good options for the body washes:
Acnedote body was with salicylic acid
Nuetrogena’s salicylic acid body washes
Pixi has a glycolic acid body wash 
I believe paula’s choice has a AHA/BHA body wash too, but don’t quote me. 
Some good lotions/creams with AHA/BHA:
Cerave SA lotion or cream
Eucerin rough and bumpy lotion
Amlactin
Paula’s choice 2% BHA lotion
First aid beauty KP smoothing lotion 
Also, try using body creams/lotions with vitamin C. Vitamin C helps brighten the skin and even out skin tone, so it will help to lighten the dark spots. It also encourages the skin to produce its own collagen. I’ve been loving the tree hut vitamin C whipped body butter and I had a tiny amount of Good Molecules vitamin C booster to it.
