Implantation or miscarriage

I found out I was pregnant at 1 week. I had gone in for my annual and they did blood work includingHcG since I had a miscarriage a few weeks prior. My HCG was high and not from my previous pregnancy as we had followed it all the way to 1. I went in last Tuesday and I was measuring at 5w4d. I had had no bleeding or cramping which was a great sign of a viable pregnancy and got this ultrasound pictured below. I am to go back in this coming Tuesday as I’ll be 6w4d and hopefully we’ll be able to see a fetus/ heartbeat. Well on Friday at 6w I started bleeding. It started off very light and barely anything. Saturday it got a little heavier but not much worse and was gone this morning. Well around noon it picked back up with a little bit of clotting but really not that bad. Itsnot nearly as bad as my other MCs. But is it possible it’s implantation? I’ll be calling my OBGYN in the morning.
